How do I order a gift certificate?
You can order a gift certificate by sending a note via our Contact page. You can pay via PayPal or Google Checkout. Its your choice.
When can I expect to recieve it?
We will send an email with your gift certificate code within 1 business day. Note: this process is not automated, we manually assign codes.
I haven't recieved the email with the gift certificate code...
We are very sorry about the error. Please send us an email and we will resend it.
How do I use my gift certificate?
When you are placing your order, simply include your code during checkout. For orders with a balance after redeeming a gift certificate, we will issue an invoice from PayPal or Google Checkout (dependent on which one you choose).
What happens to the balance on my gift certificate?
If you place an order and there is a balance afterwards, it will remain for future purchases.
Could I get a refund on my gift certificate purchase?
We want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with our selection of tropical water lilies, let us know and we will issue a refund.
