Utopia Aquatic's ordering process is very secure. Whether you choose Google Checkout or PayPal your financial information is safe.

This information is never revealed to UA and this offers a higher level of privacy and protection.

 

An Overview of the Order Process (Domestic)

1. Visit our store and add items to your cart.
2. After checkout, your order information is sent to us.
3. It is reviewed and an invoice from the selected payment method is sent to your email.
4. Upon payment of invoice your shipping address is sent to Utopia Aquatic.
5. Your order is prepped.
6. Finally your items are dispatched to the carrier for shipment (Mondays).
7. Then in a just a few days, it arrives at your doorstep!

An Overview of the Order Process (International)

1. Visit our store and add items to your cart.
2. After checkout, your order information is sent to us.
3. It is reviewed and we will contact you with a quote.
4. After hearing back an invoice from the selected payment method is sent to your email.
5. Upon payment of invoice your shipping address is sent to Utopia Aquatic.
6. Your order is pulled for inspection.
7. The plants are inspected.
8. They are then packaged.
9. Finally your items are dispatched to the carrier for shipment (Fridays).
10. Then in about a week, you can enjoy your new plants!
